What to do when your in bed ill!

These are two scarves I knitted for a friend and in the middle is an Angel experiiment which I'm happy with so far, I still have to make its head and I was going to stiffen it with liquid starch but was chatting to my sister who wants me to make two for her and she suggested making a cone from acetate and then the angel could either stand on a shelf or be placed on top of the Chrismas tree. I will upload another picture of the completed Angel when its ready.

Hats off!!!!

Here are some more little hats I've crocheted to pass the time while I am in Germany.

Birthday cards made from 'scraps'

I am in Germany at the moment awaiting the birth of our 5th grandchild and have no crafting items with me as I travelled here by plane and luggage was limited, so I have managed to make these two cards with just scraps of paper, bits of ribbon, a silver pen and a gold pen. On the 1st card I used the gold and silver pens to make a diagonal design on a plain cream card and cut a shape from some purple paper and drew the number 2 on it. On the second card I drew basic little gold and silver flowers and cut a shape from gold card and cut the number 2 from purple paper and for the inside I cut the fairy from a piece of used wrapping paper.

Crocheted hats

My daughter wanted a crocheted hat made for the 'new arrival to come' so I made the little blue hat for her and when her daughter, my granddaughter, Tamsyn seen it she said "where mine hat" so I had to make her one also.

Baby girl

This is a card I made for my daughters sister-in-law who had a baby girl on the 12th August, it was made with 'bit 'n' piece's here in Germany as I have none of my crafty stash with me.

This is a card I made for my neice and her husband who were married in Ireland on the 16th Aug.

1st Communion

My eldest grandaughter made her 1st communion earlier this year, I posted her card on here in May and these are a couple of spares I made at the same time.

Pussy cats

I love this card and made quite a few of them when I was staying in Germany August 2010 ( for the birth of our 4th Granddaughter) but I kept this one as I liked them so much.

Easter

This was the only card I had left out of all the Easter cards I had made this year.

Thankyou

This is just a simple and quick thankyou card.

I made the 1st of these two waterfall cards from scrap bits I had in my craft room and the second one was a kit, I used my own cards and embellishments.

My goddaughter has just had a baby boy and the 1st card is the one I made for her but while I had my stamps out I thought I'd make a few spare.
