I love this card and made quite a few of them when I was staying in Germany August 2010 ( for the birth of our 4th Granddaughter) but I kept this one as I liked them so much.
Thankyou Jenny, it was a very easy and simple card, the cats and window were a peel off which I stuck to acetate then on the reverse I stuck dimensioals around the window frame, this was the trickiest part as I needed them very thin so as not to be seen and I used clear ones, and then I stuck it all to the blue shimmery paper and mounted it on the tag card.
I really like this one too, very effective. You'll have to tell me how you did it.
